Tom Holland: 5 Things You Probably Didn't Know About The New Spider-Man Who Will Debut In 'Captain America: Civil War'

"Captain America: Civil War" discussion seems to have shifted from the feud between Captain America and Iron Man to — get this — heroes' new suits, and that include Tom Holland's Spider-Man and Paul Rudd's Ant-Man.

These two superheroes will be donning new costumes in the upcoming Marvel film, MNR Daily recently learned. A promotional snap of Ant-Man's new suit leaked a few days back, but Spider-Man's costume still remains a mystery.

Talking about Spider-Man, it has been reported that he will be making his debut in "Captain America: Civil War." However, before he swings his way to the big screen, let's take a little detour and get to know the actor behind Peter Parker.

1. He went to the same school with famous singers.

As of December 2012, Holland was attending The Brit School for Performing Arts and Technology. He shared, during his interview with Teen Vogue, that Adele, Amy Winehouse, and Jessie J went to the same school.

2. He is a mama's boy.

In the same interview, Holland revealed that he was completely relying on his mum, and that without her, he wouldn't be anywhere at all. He added that he had a female friend in school who reminds him of the deadlines.

3. Among the three, Holland is the youngest actor to play Spider-Man.

Tobey Maguire took Peter Parker's role in the 2002 "Spider-Man" film at the age of 27, while Andrew Garfield starred in the film reboot "The Amazing Spider-Man" in 2012 at the age of 29. Holland is only 19 when he was cast as Peter Parker.

4. He's been practicing for his upcoming Marvel film.

This is how Holland practices his stunts before his big debut in "Captain America: Civil War." The snaps were uploaded on his Instagram account.

5. He has co-starred with some of the Hollywood A-Listers.

Holland starred with Naomi Watts of "Insurgent" and Ewan McGregor of "Star Wars" in the 2012 film "The Impossible." According to Hollywood Life, he will also play the young Thomas Nickerson in the film "In the Heart of the Sea," which stars "Chris Hemsworth" of "Avengers: Age of Ultron."
