Following Ronda Rousey's first career loss against Holly Holm last month during the "UFC 193" fight in Melbourne, Australia, fans and UFC enthusiasts have been dying to know when the possible rematch will happen. Now, the much-anticipated faceoff is finally happening on July 9 at "UFC 200" in Las Vegas.

On Nov. 15, avid UFC fans got the biggest shock of their lives when Ronda Rousey was defeated by her opponent, Holly Holm, after the latter knocked her out with a brutal punch on the second round in what had been deemed as the most disappointing fight in the UFC history. But according to E! News, Rousey will be redeeming herself in the upcoming rematch that will take place on July 9 in Las Vegas, as said by UFC President Dana White.

Despite the unexpected loss, MMA star Ronda Rousey has expressed her desire to face Holly Holm once again in a possible rematch at "UFC 200" in 2016. As a matter of fact, the nature of her loss hasn't deterred her desire to get back in the Octagon, Bleacher Report noted.

"It's what I want," Rousey said, as per MMA Fighting. "It's up to the UFC, and it's up to her camp. So, we'll see what happens."

As Ronda Rousey is about to make a UFC comeback for an upcoming rematch, the 28-year-old former UFC bantamweight champ has also opened up about her defeat, almost a month after losing her title and record to Holly Holm. In ESPN The Magazine's "Ideas of the Year" issue (via People), Rousey admitted that she was "really f-king sad." She also spoke about the stitches in her lip as well as her teeth, which a few of them still unstable.

"It might be three to six months before I can eat an apple, let alone take an impact. I'm just really f-king said" she said. And despite how things went down the first time around, Rousey remains optimistic, "Maybe I can't do it all before my prime, before my body is done. But f--k it, maybe I can."

Rousey has also some words to share about the much-anticipated rematch.

"I need to come back," she added, as per Daily Mail. "I need to beat this chick. Who knows if I'm going to pop my teeth out or break my jaw or rip my lip open. I have to f-king do it."

Meanwhile, as the reports about the upcoming rematch intensified, Ronda Rousey recently enjoyed a PDA-filled date with UFC fighter boyfriend Travis Browne. On Thursday, the UFC couple, who were both in good spirits, were seen leaving their gym in Los Angeles, California. Rousey and 33-year-old Browne was even spotted holding hands as they went to their car. And when they made it to the vehicle, their PDA moments, which included sharing a big kiss started, Entertainment Tonight noted.

Ronda Rousey and Travis Browne both appear to be pretty smitten with each other. Browne even opened up about their budding romance during an interview with "MMA Hour" on ESPN.

"Dating is for children. Dating is for kids," Browne said. "Over the summer, through all the s-t that I had to shuffle through, that I had to sift through, Ronda and I started talking throughout the summer, and I'll say now that we are together. She's my woman and I'm her man. There's no boyfriend, girlfriend stuff. There's no dating. We're together."

Rousey also gushed over her guy when she spoke with ESPN The Magazine.

"I'm finally happy with somebody that respects me and cares about me," she said. "Even when everyone thinks the world of me, I still go to bed anxious and freaking out because I'm afraid of everything. The only time I've gotten a reprieve from that [feeling] in my life is since I've been with him."
