"We are the Wilsons!" was the happy social media announcement posted by Ciara. The two have exchanged vows in front of a hundred of their family and friends. They were married at Peckforton Castle in England.
The R&B star's relationship with the NFL quarterback appeared to be happy. According to TMZ reports, she wore a custom lace gown designed by the famous Roberto Cavallie. She carried a bouquet of snow white blooms.
On Tuesday, they were caught dressing up for their rehearsal dinner at Liverpoo's Titanic Hotel. They have been dating since 2015 and they outed themselves during the White House State Dinner. Wilson presented Ciara on his arm. The next time they were seen together, they were heading the the Grammys together. The couple have been engaged since March and the singer "felt complete" when Wilson proposed to her on one knee bent.
Wilson remembers how he proposed. He was in the middle of his career and she was on tour. "I was looking at her in the mirror, sitting in her dressing room, she was getting ready to go, about 15 minutes before she went on stage. She was sitting there and God spoke to me and said 'I need you to lead her ... I told her right then and there. What would you do if we took all that extra stuff off the table and just do it Jesus way ... because if you can really love somebody without that, then you can really love somebody," he said.
Ciara is utterly in love but it has been difficult for them. However, she still admits that he is the most beautiful thing she has ever seen. The couple are still facing challenges ahead as Ciara has a two year old son from Future. The child, named Future Zahir, is currently with Ciara while Future tries to protect his career from the bad rap he is getting.
