The development of Episode 3 - Season 3 (Flashpoint) of the series "Flash" inevitably affects the events of "Arrow." The crossover element was not yet very significant in the previous seasons but Season 5 of "Arrow" foresees major changes in John Diggle's reality.
Barry, the Flash, has accidentally altered the timeline in the same 'butterfly effect' prevalent in films like "Men In Black 3." Given that both "Flash" and "Arrow" dwells in the same DC universe, these shows are bound to share the same 'alternate reality' phenomenon.

"Arrow" will be broadcasting its 100th episode upon the opening of Season 5. For a show that has captured the hearts and imaginations of viewers worldwide, speculations and spoilers are always inevitable.
