WWE Latest News and Updates: Goldberg Vs Brock Lesnar Match Is Not Over; Rematch Set On ‘Wrestle Mania 33’?

The intense and long-time fight between Goldberg and Lesnar is not new to the wrestling fans. The first popular confrontation of the two WWE superstars can be recalled during 'WrestleMania 20' where "Da Man" shook the "Beast Incarnate" with a swift, powerful spear before finishing him with his signature move, the Jackhammer. Bill Goldberg has left the ring since 2004, but this time, he is all back for good.

Goldberg and Lesnar at the 'Survivor Series 2016'

Goldberg's comeback in WWE after 12 long years made hype in the world of wrestling, where he fought once again with the Beast during the 'Survivor Series 2016'. The 49 years old Goldberg made a graceful victory over a much younger Lesnar, beating the latter in just over a minute.

Lesnar might get his revenge; fighting Goldberg in a rematch at 'WrestleMania 33'

Following the outstanding match between the two during 'Survivor Series 2016', fans can't stop but wonder if there is going to be any rematch. Flickering Myth recently reported that Vince McMahon is eyeing Goldberg to be Lesnar's money match for the upcoming 'WrestleMania 33'. If this is the deal, then the two great fighters would definitely make another history in the 'World Wrestling Entertainment'. However, despite McMahon's desire on the said fight, he revealed that there were key people trying to keep the plan off track, as reported by the same source.

From 'WrestleMania' to 'Royal Rumble'

Despite McMahon's revelation, there are still few chances for both fighters to see each other in the ring, at least not for a rematch. In a recent report by GamenGuide, Lesnar and Goldberg will be entering the 'WWE Royal Rumble' on January 29 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas.

The Lesnar-Goldberg 'WrestleMania 33' fight still remains a plan. For now, the WWE fans can only hope for it to happen.

Meanwhile, UFC superstar Ronda Rousey is said to return to the squared circle to fight with Charlotte Flair at 'WrestleMania 33'. Will Rowdy take the deal? Check out the report by Jobs & Hire.
