Kim Kardashian, Sisters Not Going To Allow Blac Chyna To Use Their Family Name; Battle Goes To Court?

Blac Chyna, 28, is again at war with Kardashians even if she has a baby with Rob Kardashian. The tension has now moved to a court battle with Kim, Kourtney and Khloe on the front line against Blac Chyna.

Just earlier this year, Blac Chyna has tried to trademark the name "Angela Renee Kardashian" for her social media and work in entertainment industry. However, in documents obtained by TMZ, Chyna's request was hindered by the Kardashian sisters saying that she cannot use the family name in her business ventures.

It seems that the Kardashians are not going to allow Chyna from joining their "club" just because she married Rob. The sisters have mentioned, in the documents by TMZ, that Chyna's request will make them "suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill."

OK! also reported that according to the Kardashians, Blac Chyna is "deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity" from the established name Kardashian. Blac Chyna was once a dancer in the famous King of Diamonds men's club located in Miami. Moreover, in a Facebook live interview, Chyna revealed that she could have remained in her early profession if she had not been famous.

Chyna was asked, in a report by US Magazine, what she would be doing at the moment if she had no huge social media following and a TV show. "If I wasn't famous. Oh God, Rob. I don't know. I would probably be working in the strip club. I'm just kidding", Chyna explained.

The 28-year-old will eventually become a Kardashian after a wedding date is set. Rob and Chyna plan the wedding to be a televised one though the details have not been polished and the thought has not been processed yet.

Chyna's birth name is Angela Renee White.
