‘High School Musical 4’ Rumor: HSM alum Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens Together Again?

Guys, "High School Musical 4" is really happening! Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens might be back in each other arms for real.

The two ex-lovers were reportedly rekindling their love for each other since both of them were asked to return on the hit Disney musical. GamenGuide reported that Efron and Hudgens were the embodiment of  the saying first love never dies.

The site reported that since Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens work together in "High School Musical 4." They have opened communication since they were tapped to be in the musical.

Since late this year, the ex-couple has been reported to return for the 4th installment of the Disney classic. Jobs & Hire reported that rumor started when Zac Efron posted a photo of his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.

Aside from Hudgens, the photo has other "High School Musical" cast members in it like Ashley Tisdale and Corbin Blue. In the photo's caption, Efron said that he was grateful to find the throwback photo.

He said that being in the Disney movie was one of the most exciting times of his life. Efron stressed that he will forever cherish the moments he spent with his "High School Musical" cast mates.

Since it's rumored return, "High School Musical 4" has sparked a lot of rumors. iTech Post reported that Vanessa Hudgen's current boyfriend Austin Butler is not happy about the actress returning to reprise her role.

According to the site, the couple's relationship were reportedly on the rocks. Austin Butler was  reportedly so against  Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens' reunion that he prevents Hudgens to talk to Zac Efron off-screen.

Even though, Hudgens is ecstatic to return for the musical's 4th installment. To date, there has been no official confirmation if Vanessa Hudgens and Zac Efron will return for "High School Musical 4."
