Current and past employees take to the site to grade their company on its benefits, work-life balance, as well as culture and values. As Glassdoor is the United States’ second largest job website, the data collected is legitimate, and moreover, job seekers can even use the site to find out what one’s salary should be in a given field.

Here are the top 5 places to work for in 2017, according to Glassdoor reviews.

1. Bain & Company

The global management consulting firm takes the top spot as it offers various benefit plans, including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, 401K, vacation, and employee well-being, among others. Several commenters agreed that the company has the best health insurance coverage, and new parents at Bain are eligible for 8 weeks of parental leave. The firm is looking for an Executive Assistant, Campus Recruiting Manager, and a Training Coordinator, among others.

2. Facebook

Working for the social media networking site means that one gets a lot of great perks, such as free meals three times a day, and free snacks.
