Career And Life Tips and Tricks: Former Google Coach Career Coach Shares Ideas On How To Start 2017 Right

Everyone wants to know the shortcut to fame and success. Some will sell people the easy way to gain money and therefore become successful in life, while some will say that there is no easy way to achieve what you want. Former Google career coach and job strategist Jenny Blake offered a different way to become successful in career and in life.

There is no step-by-step guidebook on how each and everyone can achieve success. There are many ways to do it, but all of them requires perseverance. While people can find their own ways of becoming successful in career and life, Blake said that visualizing is one of the tricks that people who triumph over others usually do.

Blake talked about how to visualize your own success, CNBC reported. She suggested that everyone who wants to be successful should have a clear idea of what they want and what they needed to do to achieve them.

Blake said having a "mind map" of goals and strategies is a good way to start the way to success. It can change every year depending on one's growth as a person. To start a mind map, make the new year the center to which spokes can be connected. The spokes will represent recurring themes in life that are most valuable like personal life, health, fun, and others. From the themes, create new spokes and highlight the things that need improvement.

Writing down aspirations would help individuals focus on what they really want to achieve, according to the former Google coach. The "mind map" can help people reassess their situations and see if they need to pay more attention to a particular theme in their life.

No one can guarantee success, but working toward it would certainly help people get nearer to their goals. For career-specific tips and tricks, Jobs & Hire previously carried a report about how to find the perfect company and career.
