Jennifer Lawrence Nude Photos: ‘Hunger Games’ Star Speaks Up On Leaked Naked Pictures

Jennifer Lawrence spoke for the first time after several nude pictures of her leaked online last month, naked pictures that went viral online.

Lawrence said in an exclusive interview with Vanity Fair that she felt violated by the hacker and the website that failed to control the spread of her private photos.

"Just because I'm a public figure, just because I'm an actress, does not mean that I asked for this," Lawrence said. "It's my body, and it should be my choice, and the fact that it is not my choice is absolutely disgusting. I can't believe that we even live in that kind of world."

Lawrence also reiterated that the incident should not be treated as a "scandal" because she believes that it is a "sex crime" because it violated her privacy, calling the websites that published the photos "irresponsible."

"It is not a scandal. It is a sex crime," Lawrence said. "It is a sexual violation. It's disgusting. The law needs to be changed, and we need to change. That's why these websites are responsible."

The Oscar-winning actress, known for her role in the popular "Hunger Games" series, also added that she did not think that there are people who would do such thing just to earn money.

"Just the fact that somebody can be sexually exploited and violated, and the first thought that crosses somebody's mind is to make a profit from it. It's so beyond me. I just can't imagine being that detached from humanity. I can't imagine being that thoughtless and careless and so empty inside," Lawrence said.

The 24-year-old actress also admitted that the incident led to one of the most stressful part of her life. She said that she wanted to write an apology to her fans, but she felt that she has nothing to be sorry of because those photos were taken years back when she was engaged in a long-distance relationship with her boyfriend.

"I started to write an apology, but I don't have anything to say I'm sorry for. I was in a loving, healthy, great relationship for four years. It was long distance, and either your boyfriend is going to look at porn or he's going to look at you," Lawrence stressed.
