Chris Hemsworth Surprised A Fan While Supergirl Kara Zor-El Is The Best Administrative Assistant In The World: Did You Thank Your Secretary Today?

Did you take the time to consider what you're going to do for your secretary, administrative assistant or receptionist?

They've done a lot of things that you may or may have not noticed. They're just not responsible for booking your plane tickets. They also made sure your schedule is ironed out and iron-clad. They don't just fetch your coffee, they also make sure you've eaten during the day - even before they've eaten their own meals. Being an assistant isn't an easy job but they're doing their best to be the superheros they need to be - for you!

April 27 was Administrative Professionals Day. It's an unofficial holiday celebrated, not only in the United States, but around the world - although it's celebrated on different dates.

One such famous secretary is Kara Zor-El. She's fictional but she exemplified the best secretary a dominating CEO like Cat Grant could ever have. Super powers aside, she makes sure the coffee is hot and anticipate her boss's every next step without the need to ask. Kara puts up with a lot of "Go get this" and "Go get that," while being called Kira, and she does it all with a smile even when struggling with multiple cups of coffee. Aside from Kara Zor-El, Tech Times listed down the superhero secretaries of the (fictional) world that should be celebrated. Like Pam Poovey from Archer, Rose Roberts from Agent Carter, Karen Page from Daredevil and the Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.

This week, surprise your assistant with something that'd make his or her day. EW has it that Chris Hemsworth did his part. If Chris Hemsworth was able to surprise a fan during Administrative Professionals Day, you can too.
