Fans of "Penny Dreadful" were crushed when Showtime canceled the popular TV series after its last season. The death of Eva Green's Vanessa Ives determined it all. Now that Josh Harnett's Ethan Chandler is once again alone, everyone wonders what will happen now, luckily, that will be answered with the latest, "Penny Dreadful Comic Series".

The death of Vanessa Ives left a big hole in Showtime's "Penny Dreadful" show, her shocking tragic demise left all the fans thirsting for more. Though, Josh Logan, "Penny Dreadful" creator, confirmed that the show is canceled, everything can still change.

According to Comic Book, "Penny Dreadful will continue to expand its universe through a series of comic issues which dig into the pasts of characters like Dorian Gray and more." The "Penny Dreadful" Comic Series will be a sequel of what happened six months after Eva Green's Vanessa Ive's death.

Finally, Josh Harnett's Ethan Chandler will continue his life in spite of Vanessa Ive's death, "Penny Dreadful" Comic Series will be the new route that he will follow. In the comic book, he will once again delve on battling the creature of the night.

"Penny Dreadful" comic series plot is still unclear, yet, speculations are made by fans. In a report by AV Club, perhaps Josh Harnett's Ethan Chandler will be joined by an unknown female vampire hunter from "Penny Dreadful" season 3.

While in GamenGuide, Vanessa Ives could come back to life, and Timothy Dalton's Sir Malcolm will do everything in his power to keep her safe. While Josh Harnett's Ethan Chandler and Eva Green's Vanessa Ives can be once again together.
